Jack Urban

Born on December 5, 1928 in Omaha, Nebraska, Jack Urban (Jack Elmer Urban) played for the Kansas City Athletics and St. Louis Cardinals over the course of his 3 year career. Urban broke into the bigs on June 13, 1957 with the Kansas City Athletics, and put up a 3.34 ERA in 129.1 innings pitched in 1957, his rookie year.
