Jack Shepard

Jack Shepard (Jack Leroy Shepard) was born on May 13, 1931 in Clovis, California. He made his Major League debut on June 19, 1953 for the Pittsburgh Pirates. In 1954, his rookie year, he hit .304 with 3 home runs and 22 RBI. Shepard played for the Pittsburgh Pirates for his entire 4 year career.
