Jack Porter (Jack David Porter) was born on July 27, 1948 in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Rush Springs (OK), Porter attended the University of Oklahoma. Porter made his professional debut in the NFL in 1971 with the San Diego Chargers. He played for the San Diego Chargers for his entire 1 year career.
