Jack Oliver (John Gerald Oliver) was born on February 3, 1962 in Washington, District Of Columbia. After going to high school at Catholic (Pensacola, FL), Oliver attended the University of Memphis and the University of Texas-El Paso. Oliver made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears for his entire 1 year career.
