Jack Novak (Clarence John Novak) was born on June 6, 1963 in Kewaunee, Wisconsin. After going to high school at Kewaunee (WI), Novak attended the University of Wisconsin. Novak made his professional debut in the NFL in 1975 with the Cincinnati Bengals. He played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Cincinnati Bengals over the course of his 3 year career.

Most people believe that 1976 was Jack Novak's best year.
