Jack Murray (John T. Murray) was born on February 19, 1904 in Duluth, Minnesota. After going to high school at Cathedral (Duluth, MN), Murray attended the University of St. Thomas. Murray made his professional debut in the NFL in 1926 with the Duluth Eskimos. He played for the Duluth Eskimos for his entire 1 year career.
