Jack Lookabaugh (John Lookabaugh) was born on September 13, 1922 in Ridgely, West Virginia. After going to high school at Ridgely (WV), Lookabaugh attended the University of Maryland. Lookabaugh made his professional debut in the NFL in 1946 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1947 was Jack Lookabaugh's best year.
