Jack Lentz (Henry Edgar Lentz, Jr.) was born on February 22, 1945 in Baltimore, Maryland. After going to high school at Loyola (Baltimore, MD), Lentz attended Holy Cross College. Lentz made his professional debut in the AFL in 1967 with the Denver Broncos. He played for the Denver Broncos for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1967 was Jack Lentz's best year, as he picked off 4 passes.
