Jack Evans (John Alexander Evans) was born on August 17, 1906 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. After going to high school at (Long Beach, CA), Evans attended Univeristy of California. Evans made his professional debut in the NFL in 1929 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 1 year career.
