Jack Dwyer

Jack Dwyer (John Joseph Dwyer) was born on January 15, 1927 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at Alexander Hamilton (Los Angeles, CA), Dwyer attended Los Angeles City College and Loyola Marymount University. Dwyer made his professional debut in the NFL in 1951 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Los Angeles Rams and Washington Redskins over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1952 was Jack Dwyer's best year, as he picked off 4 passes and ran back 2 fumbles for touchdowns.
