Born on March 3, 1943 in Akron, Ohio, Jack DiLauro (Jack Edward DiLauro) played for the New York Mets and Houston Astros over the course of his 2 year career. DiLauro broke into the bigs on May 15, 1969 with the New York Mets, and put up a 2.40 ERA in 63.2 innings pitched in 1969, his rookie year.
