Jack Damaska (Jack Lloyd Damaska) was born on August 21, 1937 in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. He made his Major League debut on July 3, 1963 for the St. Louis Cardinals. Damaska played for the St. Louis Cardinals for his entire 1 year career.
