J.R. Redmond (Joseph Robert Redmond) was born on September 28, 1977 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at Carson (CA), Redmond attended Arizona State University. Redmond made his professional debut in the NFL in 2000 with the New England Patriots. He played for the New England Patriots and Oakland Raiders over the course of his 5 year career.
Most people believe that 2000 was J.R. Redmond's best year.
