J.J. Syvrud (J.J. Syvrud) was born on May 10, 1977 in Rock Springs, North Dakota. After going to high school at Rock Springs (ND), Syvrud attended Jamestown College. Syvrud made his professional debut in the NFL in 1999 with the New York Jets. He played for the New York Jets for his entire 1 year career.
