Izzy Yablok (Julius Yablok) was born on July 28, 1907 in Brooklyn, New York. After going to high school at Boys (Brooklyn, NY), Yablok attended Colgate University. Yablok made his professional debut in the NFL in 1930 with the Brooklyn Dodgers. He played for the Staten Island Stapletons and Brooklyn Dodgers over the course of his 3 year career.
