Izzy Hoffman (Harry C. Hoffman) was born on January 5, 1875 in Bridgeport, New Jersey. He made his Major League debut on April 14, 1904 for the Washington Senators. Hoffman played for the Washington Senators and Boston Doves over the course of his 2 year career.
