Ivory Sully (Ivory Ulysses Sully) was born on June 20, 1957 in Salisbury, Maryland. After going to high school at Leonia (NJ), Sully attended the University of Delaware. Sully made his professional debut in the NFL in 1979 with the Los Angeles Rams. He played for the Los Angeles Rams, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Detroit Lions over the course of his 9 year career.

Most people believe that 1983 was Ivory Sully's best year.
