It's all about the money

In a sport where bud lite has already tried to make money by letting DirecTV monopolize his baseball network, and charging you money to do just about anything on MLB.com one of the most greedy idiots involved in the game, agent Scott Boras has proposed to Selig a 9 game world series.
If you would like to see more info on this, click here.
What I would like to know first is how does this idiot Boras expect for the first 2 games of the World Series to attract the same attention as the Super Bowl no matter where it is played? The world series under Boras' proposal would be moved to 9 games meaning at least 5 would get played. In the Super Bowl and March Madness teams match up only once, so just because of that there wont be near the excitement.
The only positive thing about this is that it would give cities that normally wouldn't get that opportunity a chance to host the World Series. I live in the Tampa Bay area, and the Devil Rays wont be making the world series anytime soon. Still, who would want to spend the price of a world series ticket to watch a team that they aren't even a fan of play?
If only the host city's teamgot the money from this event, it would cheat all of the other teams and I doubt the MLB owners would ever agree to that. So basically the money would end up being split amongst all 30 teams most likely.
Also what if a team won both neutral games, and then won their first 2 home games. Then they would only need to win 1 road game the entire time at most to win the world series. I do not find that fair at all.
I don't know how seriously Boras' proposal will be taken though.
