Irv Eatman (Ivring Humphrey Eatman) was born on January 1, 1961 in Birmingham, Alabama. After going to high school at Meadowvale (Dayton, OH), Eatman attended the University of California - Los Angeles. Eatman made his professional debut in the NFL in 1986 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played for the Kansas City Chiefs, New York Jets, Houston Oilers, Los Angeles Rams and Atlanta Falcons over the course of his 11 year career.

Most people believe that 1995 was Irv Eatman's best year.
