Ira Valentine (Ira Lynn Valentine) was born on June 4, 1963 in Marshall, Texas. After going to high school at Marshall (TX), Valentine attended Texas Agricultural and Mechanical University. Valentine made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Houston Oilers for his entire 1 year career.
