Introducing the ArmchairGM Fantasy Sports Leagues Section!

ArmchairGM Fantasy Sports Leagues

Ufgators and I seem to have started a trend lately, where in a lot of sports we have made an ArmchairGM Fantasy League. So I made a page to bring all these Leagues together!

You will notice upon looking at the page that it is very simplistic for now, but it can evolve. The Leagues all have complicated names, so be sure that if you post any articles in future, you put the League Name I have given it and you put ArmchairGM Fantasy Sports Leagues in the category section.

The News and Opinions will take care of themselves. The Commissioners of the League need to fill out joing information. The players section requires the participants in the League to put a category on their user page, e.g. if you play in the Salary Cap Football League, you type Category:Salary Cap Football League Player on your user page. Do this with each League you enter. That way, the page will fill up with all the entrants. The Standings section will have to be manually maintained.

If people wish, I can put a team page on, and that can lead to a roster page. It may be difficult to maintain though, so I didn't think that would be too important. Besides, that's what yahoo is for.

The purpose of this is to bring everything together, and give a newcomer to the site the chance to see the type of thing we engage in other than wikying everything and run a forum. I hope this can encourage members to the site in future.

It is not attached to the main page yet, because I haven't asked the top 4, so I figured that I would wait for either them to put it on themselves, or say I can put it on, or whatever. To find it, just type ArmchairGM Fantasy Sports Leagues into the "Find" box, and it will appear. Not an easy way to do it, but good enough for the time being.

I have already done the lengthily titled ArmchairGM Fantasy English Premier Soccer League, and you will be able to see that. It needs updating, but it is there.
