Born on November 11, 1929 in Highland Park, Michigan, Ike Delock (Ivan Martin Delock) played for the Boston Red Sox and Baltimore Orioles over the course of his 11 year career. Delock broke into the bigs on April 17, 1952 with the Boston Red Sox, and put up a 4.26 ERA in 95 innings pitched in 1952, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Ike Delock's best season was 1956, when he posted a 4.21 ERA, won 13 games and struck out 105 batters.
