Named to The Sporting News Preseason All-WAC team…

2005

Part of Boise State’s tailback by committee…Finished the season second on the team in rushing with 663 yards and four touchdowns…Led the Broncos in rushing in seven of their 13 games, including their first five…Had one 100-yard game during the season, a 103-yard and one touchdown effort at Louisiana Tech in the final game of the regular season…Had 85 yards on 16 carries against Bowling Green…Rushed for 84 yards on 12 carries with a touchdown against Nevada…Finished with 78 yards on 16 carries against Portland State…Rushed for 72 yards on 10 carries at Oregon State…Also scored touchdowns against San Jose State and New Mexico State…Caught four passes for 21 yards…His 663 yards rushing is the fourth-most in school history by a freshman, trailing only Cedric Minter (877), Chris Thomas (818) and Terry Zahner (724)…

Redshirted for the Broncos…Originally signed with Boise State in February 2004.

High School

A 2004 graduate of Damien High School in San Dimas, California…Finished a stellar career with 3,627 yards rushing and 45 touchdowns in three seasons…Named Inland Valley Offensive Player of the Year, L.A. Times All-San Gabriel Valley first team, San Gabrial Valley Tribune All-Area first team, Daily Bulletin Inland Valley All-Area Team, All-Sierra League MVP, and CIF Division II first-team all-league as a senior…Was also a team captain…Set Damien High School records in career rushing yards, season rushing yards (1,751 yards) and points scored (282). As a senior, rushed for school record 1,751 yards (7.9 yards per carry) and 23 touchdowns on 220 carries…Also had 66 tackles, two interceptions, four fumble recoveries and six sacks on defense…As a junior named CIF Division II first-team all-league, CIF Division II All-CIF as a strong safety, All-San Gabriel Valley first team, All-Inland Valley team, L.A. Times All-Area Team, and San Gabriel Valley Tribune All-Area team after rushing for 1,397 yards (6.2 yards per carry) and 18 touchdowns on 225 carries…Also caught 15 passes for 353 yards…As a sophomore named CIF Division II second team after rushing for 479 yards (4.9 per carry) on 98 carries and catching 13 passes for 194 yards…Also lettered in track where he was an All-Sierra League and All-CIF pick while competing in the 100-meters, 200-meters, and 4x100 meter relay…High school coach was Scott Morrison.
