Cole Hamels, who obviously is on my fantasy squad or else I wouldn't care so much, was in line for a solid win against my hapless Nats last night. I was willing to have the Nats lose (a topic for another debate, people) if I could pick up a win in my league. But Antonio "I've Got Twelve Fingers and Toes, Aren't I Cool?" Alfonseca comes in and blows it for Cole & me. Now Hamels gets a no-decision, even though the Phillies go on to win in 14 innings.
