Hugo Hollas (Hugo Andrew Hollas) was born on November 30, 1945 in Schulenburg, Texas. After going to high school at Bishop Forest (Schulenberg, TX), Hollas attended Rice University. Hollas made his professional debut in the NFL in 1970 with the New Orleans Saints. He played for the New Orleans Saints and San Francisco 49ers over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1970 was Hugo Hollas's best year, as he picked off 5 passes.
