Hughie Rhea (Hugh McCall Rhea) was born on September 9, 1909 in Arlington, Nebraska. After going to high school at Arlington (NE), Rhea attended the University of Nebraska. Rhea made his professional debut in the NFL in 1933 with the Brooklyn Dodgers. He played for the Brooklyn Dodgers for his entire 1 year career.
