Hugh Wolfe (Hugh Othello Wolfe) was born on June 13, 1912 in Mason, Texas. After going to high school at Stephenville (TX), Wolfe attended the University of Texas. Wolfe made his professional debut in the NFL in 1938 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants for his entire 1 year career.
