Howie Bedell (Howard William Bedell) was born on September 29, 1935 in Clearfield, Pennsylvania. He made his Major League debut on April 10, 1962 for the Milwaukee Braves. In 1962, his rookie year, he hit .196 with 0 home runs and 2 RBI. Bedell played for the Milwaukee Braves for his entire 1 year career.
