Howard Richards (Howard Glenn Richards) was born on August 7, 1959 in St. Louis, Missouri. After going to high school at Southwest (St. Louis, MO), Richards attended the University of Missouri. Richards made his professional debut in the NFL in 1981 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Dallas Cowboys and Seattle Seahawks over the course of his 7 year career.
