How Much Younger Can the Celtics Get?

The Boston Celtics just announced that they have signed undrafted center Kevin Pittsnogle out of West Virginia. Pittsnogle now becomes the fourth rookie on the Celtics roster for the upcoming season. Pittsnogle should provide good range as a center, but he still needs to improve a lot of his game.
There is no question that Danny Ainge has the Celtics loaded with talent, but they are so young, you wonder if they can mesh well together. As of right now they currently have 17 players under contract, although Brian Grant and Dwayne Jones are likely to be cut before the season begins. Of those fifteen players, 11 of them have 3 years or less experience in the league. Four of those players are straight out of high school and are still developing and trying to find themselves in the league. They have a long road ahead of them to try and win that elusive 17th championship.
With all of that said, I like the additions that Ainge and the Celtics have made. I'm not sure if both will turn out great, however I do believe that either Rondo or Telfair will turn into the pure point guard that the Celtics need. Allan Ray looks like he has the chance to turn into a solid NBA player and Leon Powe I believe is a steal. When he and Lebron James were in high school, he was rated number 2 right behind Lebron, but injuries have slowed him down. If he can stay healthy, he may prove to be one of those guys down the road where people say how did he not get taken in the first round. Of the other players they already had, I believe Gerald Green is a star in the making, although it will take him a few years. He is an electrifying player, and has a sweet three point stroke that the Celtics desperately need. Ryan Gomes can also be a solid player for years to come.
I believe these additions should get the Celtics to the playoffs this year. If they can keep these young players together along with Pierce who was just locked up for a while, I think they will become a dominating team in the Eastern Conference.
