Houston! ArmchairGM has a problem


This is one of several disses I have recently heard about ArmchairGM.

"yeah i wouldn't worry too much about anything that gets posted on ArmchairGM. There is a reason those guys are in armchairs. The site wasn't too bad at first, but unfortunately it quickly seemed to be dominated by ranting and clowns."

This explains why we need an official Honor Code and to ban User trolls and those who feed them (e.g. Tyrone Briggs, Manny or Ekom, etc.)

This is not bullying. I am being singled out concerning an alleged statement. And that responsible action on Beast's part is to provide a reference to back up his allegation. The burden of proof is on the accuser, not the accused. And for the record, the anonymous NFL fanatics are coming from Deadspin to which I have NOTHING to do with.

Have you ever read this article and its comments? This article is how I found AGM because it was posted on collegehumor.com. I've seen plenty of posts get linked here from other sites, and the Anonymous Fanatics come running. It's nice to see a guy get recognition for a good article and it adds traffic to the site, which is good, but it also tends to be a lot of bad traffic, but luckily that sort of thing is rare.

All I'm saying is that you can't control the Anonymous Fanatics. But we as users have to control ourselves from the insolent and disruptive feuds that will cause visitors to this site to say stuff like what Beast posted. That is why you are being singled out. We all appreciate that you cleaned it up. But an apology doesn't erase the action.
