Horace Perkins (Horace A. Perkins) was born on March 15, 1954 in El Campo, Texas. After going to high school at El Campo (TX), Perkins attended the University of Colorado. Perkins made his professional debut in the NFL in 1979 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played for the Kansas City Chiefs for his entire 1 year career.
