Homer Bush (Homer Giles Bush) was born on November 12, 1972 in East St. Louis, Illinois. He made his Major League debut on August 16, 1997 for the New York Yankees. In 1999, his rookie year, he hit .320 with 5 home runs and 55 RBI. Bush played for the New York Yankees, Toronto Blue Jays and Florida Marlins over the course of his 7 year career.

Most people believe that Homer Bush's best season was 1999, when he stole 32 bases, hit for a .320 average and knocked in 55 runs.
