Homer Bliss (Homer Clisson Bliss) was born on August 16, 1904. After going to high school at Northwestern (Detroit, MI), Bliss attended Washington & Jefferson College. Bliss made his professional debut in the NFL in 1928 with the Chicago Cardinals. He played for the Chicago Cardinals for his entire 1 year career.
