Herman Smith (Herman Smith) was born on January 25, 1971 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After going to high school at Dillard (Fort Lauderdale, FL), Smith attended Portland State University. Smith made his professional debut in the NFL in 1995 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for his entire 2 year career.
