Herman Seborg (Herman W. Seborg) was born on January 9, 1907 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. After going to high school at Union (Grand Rapids, MI), Seborg attended Western Michigan University. Seborg made his professional debut in the NFL in 1930 with the Minneapolis Red Jackets. He played for the Frankford Yellow Jackets and Minneapolis Red Jackets over the course of his 2 year career.
