Herman Carroll (Herman Carroll) was born on June 20, 1971 in Natchez, Mississippi. After going to high school at Natchez (MS), Carroll attended Mississippi State University. Carroll made his professional debut in the NFL in 1994 with the New Orleans Saints. He played for the New Orleans Saints for his entire 1 year career.
