Herman Arvie (Herman Joseph Arvie) was born on October 12, 1970 in Opelousas, Louisiana. After going to high school at Opelousas (LA), Arvie attended Grambling State University. Arvie made his professional debut in the NFL in 1993 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Cleveland Browns and Baltimore Ravens over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1996 was Herman Arvie's best year.
