Herm Martell (Herman Joseph Martell) was born on December 8, 1900 in Crystal Falls, Michigan. After going to high school at West (Green Bay, WI), Martell attended none. Martell made his professional debut in the APFA in 1921 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 1 year career.
