Herm Lee (Willie Herman Lee) was born on August 29, 1931 in Phenix City, Alabama. After going to high school at Central (Phenix City, AL), Lee attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. Lee made his professional debut in the NFL in 1957 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Chicago Bears and Pittsburgh Steelers over the course of his 10 year career.
Most people believe that 1960 was Herm Lee's best year.
