I'm thinking KG's gonna survive the mortgage crisis. In the aftermath of his trade to the Boston Celtics, Kevin Garnett has elected to put his "home" (is that an understatement, or what?) on the market. The palatial estate is located in Orono, MN, a beautiful lakefront community on the outskirts of Minneapolis and features, among other things, a 10 car garage, a "smoke room" (pretty sure JR Rider 's hiding in there!), a pool complex (complex?) and a tea house (that joke just makes itself).
Garnett bought the house in 1998 for $6,450,000. Suffice it to say that KG knows how to pick his real estate.
