Herbie Spencer (Herbert Seabrook Spencer) was born on September 23, 1959 in Charleston, South Carolina. After going to high school at Hanahan (SC), Spencer attended Newberry College. Spencer made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Atlanta Falcons for his entire 1 year career.
