Herbie Anderson (Herbert James Anderson) was born on November 19, 1968 in Port Arthur, Texas. After going to high school at Thomas Jefferson (Port Arthur, TX), Anderson attended Texas Agricultural and Mechanical University-Kingsville. Anderson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1991 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Houston Oilers for his entire 1 year career.
