Herbert Scott (Herbert Carnell Scott) was born on January 18, 1953 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. After going to high school at Kellam (Virginia Beach, VA), Scott attended Virginia Union University. Scott made his professional debut in the NFL in 1975 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Dallas Cowboys for his entire 10 year career.
