Herb Plews

Herb Plews (Herbert Eugene Plews) was born on June 14, 1928 in Helena, Montana. He made his Major League debut on April 18, 1956 for the Washington Senators. In 1956, his rookie year, he hit .270 with 1 home run and 25 RBI. Plews played for the Washington Senators and Boston Red Sox over the course of his 4 year career.
