Herb Clow (Herbert W. Clow) was born on May 7, 1899 in , MN. After going to high school at Central (Duluth, MN), Clow attended the University of Wisconsin-Superior. Clow made his professional debut in the NFL in 1924 with the Duluth Kelleys. He played for the Duluth Kelleys for his entire 1 year career.
