Herb Bizer (Herbert Otto Bizer) was born on August 3, 1906 in Mosel Township. After going to high school at Medford (WI), Bizer attended Carroll College. Bizer made his professional debut in the NFL in 1929 with the Buffalo Bisons. He played for the Buffalo Bisons for his entire 1 year career.
