Henry Monroe (Henry Evans Monroe) was born on December 30, 1956 in Mobile, Alabama. After going to high school at Benjamin C. Rain (Mobile, AL), Monroe attended Mississippi State University. Monroe made his professional debut in the NFL in 1979 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 1 year career.
