Henry Childs (Henry Childs) was born on April 16, 1951 in Thomasville, Georgia. After going to high school at Douglass (Thomasville, GA), Childs attended Kansas State University. Childs made his professional debut in the NFL in 1974 with the New Orleans Saints. He played for the New Orleans Saints, Green Bay Packers and Los Angeles Rams over the course of his 9 year career.
Most people believe that 1979 was Henry Childs's best year, as he hauled in 51 receptions, had 846 receiving yards and caught 5 TD passes.
