What?
The Ultimate set of fantasy football rules, found in detail here, put you in a level of control of your franchise that truly provides the GM experience. With a salary cap, auction drafts, free agency auctions, and contract negotiation you'll have a chance to see what it's like to work under the constraints of the business side of your fantasy football team. Additionally, leagues under these rules are multi-year (keeper) leagues since player contracts are multi-year. So you have the chance to build a dynasty over the long-run.
Of course the original part of the fantasy football experience, gaining points week by week and deep-seated hate of your opponents is still there. After all, part of testing out your roster-building skills are the results of the players you acquire with your limited resources.
This is certainly not going to be like your average Yahoo! or ESPN league.
Where
We want to put together (roughly) two leagues of 10-12 owners in a charter year. If you're still interested, go here. We'll need to solidify the leagues fast and start the auction drafts, as they could take time being held on this wiki. We're still gathering ideas on how exactly to conduct those.
